These terms of sale and delivery apply to sales to private consumers, and the purchase of items at www.shirtstore.eu, hereafter also called “Shirtstore”, "Hybris" ”we”, or “us”.

The prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices due to various circumstances such as e.g. changed purchase prices, currency changes or changed VAT.

Payments.
Hybris constantly strives for it to be simple, flexible and for you to feel safe shopping with us. At checkout, you confirm your purchase, accept our and our partners' terms and conditions, accept your payment obligation and contractual obligations, and choose how you want to pay.

Packages not collected
For all packages that are not redeemed, Hybris reserves the right to charge the customer the costs of shipping/return shipping, handling fee and handling costs, this is then charged when the package is returned to us and the cost for this is currently 40€.

Transport damage
If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, you should report it immediately at the location. If you have collected and opened the package and discover damage, please contact us. Transport damage must be reported to us within a reasonable time from the fault being discovered or should have been discovered.

Change of address / Change of disposition
If you have filled in incorrect address information and we already to sent your package, the cost is 25€ to change the information afterwards. This is PostNord's fee for changed disposal. The change may take up to 48 hours to complete and the fee will be charged to you.

30-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with something you ordered, you have a 30-day right of return after receiving the item. You always have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge if the product is out of stock or in the event of delays. The right of return applies with the exception of customer-specific orders, such as "own design". Full refund when exercising the right of return is waived if the item has been used and its condition is then assessed according to salable condition. When we have received the item back and determined that it is correct, we will refund the amount you paid within 30 days or we will correct your invoice. To receive a full refund, the returned product must be in its original condition.

Right of exchange
You can exchange freely within 30 days if you change to another color or size or another item with the same price. For other exchanges, the difference is corrected and a new shipping cost may be charged. Fill in the return slip, which you can find here, and send it together with your clothes/goods to us. You pay the shipping yourself when you send your return to us.

Complaints
In the event of a complaint, if an item is incorrect, wrongly shipped, damaged in transit, etc., always contact our customer service and wait for instructions before sending the item. If an item is incorrect or shipped incorrectly, we are responsible for the return shipping.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's (General Claims Board) recommendations.

The data is used for Hybris' own part and for our partners, as well as to fulfill applicable legal requirements in general. Hybris safeguards the protection of personal data and has taken appropriate measures in accordance with data protection legislation to protect this data. You have the right to request information about the data concerning you, such as an extract of registered data, to change registered data and to delete your registered data. You also have the right to correct incorrect data and to opt out of receiving further marketing communications.

Fake orders
All fake orders are reported to the police, your IP number is registered after the purchase.

Delivery times.
Your order is always sent as quickly as possible, usually you have your goods within 2-5 working days. However, delivery can take up to 10 working days in case of heavy load or backlisted goods. You always have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge if we cannot meet these delivery times. As a carrier, we use PostNord.

Price and product information

Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond Hybris' control, such as changes in legislation, authority decisions, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics and similar events, both you as a customer and Hybris have the right to cancel the purchase.
