Return Policy

No deal is complete until you have received, tried and approved your goods. Therefore, you have a 30-day cooling-off period when you shop with us. In short – you must be completely satisfied, otherwise you will get your money back!

This means that you have 30 days after you receive the item to choose either to exchange the item, or to get the money back for the item. As a customer, you have the right to open the packaging free of charge to try the product. However, the item must be sent back in unchanged condition, i.e. you may not use the item and then send it back, in such cases a valuation will be made and the refund based on this value. Thus, in order to receive a full refund, the returned product must be in its original condition. In case of exchange or return, you are responsible for the transport risk and postage. Always save the packing slip/receipt/parcel number until the return case is completed, this document is always used in case of any complaints to the Post Office.

When we have received the return and approved it, we will send out the new item to you, we cover the postage costs.

If you return all or part of your order, depending on the payment method you originally chose, either your invoice will be cancelled/corrected, or the amount will be refunded to the card or account you made your payment from. All changes and updates are confirmed via email. Once the return has been registered, it takes 2-5 banking days before you see a possible refund in your account.

How do I do a complain of a product 
In the event of a complaint, you always contact our customer service first and wait for further information and instructions on how we will handle your case. In order for us to be responsible for return shipping, we must be able to send you a waybill as we cannot reimburse our own expenses afterwards. Therefore, it is important that you notify us and wait for a response. Feel free to send a couple of pictures that explain the reason for your complaint already in your email and the matter will be handled more quickly.
